My name is Jimmy Hutchinson, a Broker/Realtor with Atmosphere Realty. I have been in the real estate industry for 8+ years. In that time, I have also invested in real estate. Aside from being a Broker/Realtor, I was a Sr. Accountant, working for 9 years with the largest commercial property management company on the west coast. I was also a Partner/CFO for 5 years with a company that I helped launch. In that time I was a key part of the company opening and operating 3 franchises. Shortly after receiving my real estate license, I began investing in real estate by purchasing, managing and selling for a profit, several investment properties in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Alabama. I’ve been through transactions as an agent, buyer and seller, so I know I can help you through any transaction. I also have several years of experience with every type of real estate situation you can think of!!!! I have greatly increased my knowledge base well beyond the typical agent in the area of Short Sales! In addition, I have also earned the designation of Certified Property Valuator (CPV) from the National Association of BPO Professionals.
